Elise's Cupcakes

Here's a logo and business card design I came up with for my extremely good friend and best cupcake baker I know. It was personally satisfying to be able to invest a bit of my time in her business. (Well she does pay me in pastries. ) I'm also very satisfied with how it turned out. I sketched out a few ideas for the logo and like usual, I was thinking clean, simple, crisp, and in this case cute. Then I was watching her frosting cupcakes one day and it hit me! The frosting can be a letter "e"! So I added the cherry in the center then carried it over to dot the "i" in "elise".

I didn't blur out the contact info because I didn't want you to have any of the cupcakes. I blurred it because she's still in the process of getting the domain name and all that good stuff.
